Howdy amigo's...
i'll be familiar to some of you already from the now defunct AM site, my name's John and i've been sticking my fingers to plastic since I was about 6 years of age. Now i'm well into my 40's, I still find this marvellous hobby extremely enjoyable and having forums like this has really pushed me to stretch myself when I build, learning new skills all the time.
I usually stick to American iron from the late 50's up to the early 60's but i'll build anything if it looks good.

When i'm not modelling (and working in a timber yard) I make electric guitars and basses, hopefully building up to a full-time business in the future. Other than that, my beloved Saab 9000 gets a lot of attention... if only they tooled up some decent Saab kits!

Far as I know AM has now expired unless James reappears and reinstates the domain name, but I doubt that will happen. Thank heavens for OSM!

Thanks, John, for the kind words about our little start-up project! I hope you enjoy it here as much as you did on AM. James has been having some pretty serious non-forum related problems, and hasn't been able to concentrate on AM, so we may not get it back. I keep checking on it, tho.

And, Rick....they had to let me in this joint....I started the place!!!!!! HAHAHAHAHA
