Chaps, I did think about it,I'm sure Dragon did a jeep in 1/72 with that side shield in brass, it went for more than I wanted to pay, also I think there is a kit of it but with more stuff,I'll try and find more info but it does interest me!!

Actually, Dragon's 1/72 scale SAS Jeep does not have that curved bit of armor. It does look fairly easy to replicate though with brass sheet. The difficulty will be in making the flame thrower. It does look like an intriguing model to try; I might even consider it if I knew more about it and had more pics and info. After all, I have a spare flame thrower from a German halftrack that would fit on that. I do have a ton more projects to complete before even considering this though.

Well I've only been on evil bay and bid on an 1/35 SAS Jeep, possibly purchase Eduard update or Verlinded kit or maybe even the flamethrower kit from resicast, we'll see. If I go down the flamethrower route it will follow the BW pics I think. Something for the future me thinks
