LOL! Yeah, I saw this on the IPMS USA. I've had the need for those quite a bit in the past; especially when working with resin models.

The only thing I've needed so far is some gap-filling super glue.....for the time I dropped my Xacto and it stuck in my leg!!!!

Actually, I found out from a doctor that the CA glue you used is not formulated for that type of treatment. That is why it stung. There's a medical formula that she used on one of my cuts that did not sting at all. She told me using the commercial CA for closing wounds could actually make them worse since the CA burns the surrounding skin as it binds.

Disclaimer......I have not actually done that with the glue. It was a feeble attempt at some good ol' southern humor!! LOL

It was great humor Bucky, but I also know a few other people besides Joe who did it and remarked about how much it burned. I had a bad, deep cut on my finger once (an Exacto cut from using it on a resin kit) and was taken to the ER. The doc applied the medical CA and it didn't burn. I remarked on that and that's when I got the explanation.
As for fingers cemented together; I gotta remember to pick up some Debonder for that eventuality.
