Made some Sea salt carmel chip chocolate cookies today while Red was at work... got the recipe off the back of the bag and giving you a photo of it incase you want to try them... got the chips at Walmart...   |

I have to be honest, Joe. A LOT of salt/caramel recipes have looked outstanding and after cooking them, they tasted like...well...poo poo.
I have eaten actual caramels with a dash of sea salt on them and they are great. However, the combo does NOT always work together. IMHO.
