Recently, we had a disgruntled member launch a verbal attack in the Shoutbox. This attack was aimed at the Staff. Then, before a Staff member could address the problem, the disgruntled member deleted his account.
This is not the proper way to handle a problem. Just a few days ago, I mentioned in a thread that if someone has a problem, to PM a Staff member.
If the problem is concerning a Staff member, then PM another Staff member.
We can work on problems through that avenue, and it will keep the other members from having to wonder what's happening.
If it needs to be broadcast to the membership, then we, the Staff, will determine the best way to approach it.
Thanks for making this a great forum! Thankfully, because of the great members we have here, we don't have many of these problems pop up.
