What's in a name?

We're just a few weeks away from the hard deadline for the release of version 1.0 of our product! Still praying we will get there because there is still much to do. Thankfully, the university where we both work shuts down the week between Christmas and New Years, so I have 10 days nearly where i can spend as much time as I need to finish. That is a blessing because I've missed 3 days of work this week with a severe case of bronchitis!

Anyway, we now have a name for the LLC we are forming: Slanted Shed Technologies. Today, the client gave us a name for the software: Pawn V3P0. (play on Star wars and reference to version 3.0 which my business partner tries to keep pushing off all of the required features!)

Well, the plan has ALWAYS been for me to put down the full-time coding and become Managing partner, business analyst, etc for the LLC we're creating, but it won't get MUCH easier in the near future. Version 1 that we're putting out on 1/1 is going to be pretty rough, but functional. As the only "designer" on the project, I will still be carrying most of the load.
