I've got mine whittled down to 4 choices. All 1/35
BTR 70 late Trumpeter. BTR 80A Trumpeter. Panhard VBL Tiger Models. Captured Panhard P 204 (f) Revell of Germany.
Probably going to be the last one.

Well, I was excited to join this but after reading the first post at least to me it seems like I have to use some sort of military model. I don't build military at all. I am all excited to do this model that is a passenger car that u wouldnt think at all for this lol but it seems that doesn't fit in those categories really. However, I was planning on turning it into some sort of Armored mad max burning man kinda thing. I have no use for this model it was an airbrushing experiment gone bad. So it really has never been touched except for that. So I need to know that's its ok before I even commit. Id like to have some fun here. So let me know by Jan

Hey Mark do you have another armored train to build? That would qualify... it has wheels...

Sounds like we're getting a good gang together for this one...that's great!
I have my original list whittled down to these four kits:
4) Tamiya M20 U.S. Armored Car - This is last on the list and while it's acceptable, it's not super inspiring - but that could change. 3) Italeri SdKfz 234/2 "Puma" - I really want to build this, but I'm not sure it fits with the ideas I have for this GB. 2) Italeri SdKfz 232 - This kit opens up a couple ideas I like and is a close second to the leader in the clubhouse... 1) Historic Plastic SdKfz 321 6-Rad - I can see this kit built in any number of different ways - the possibilities are endless!
Now I'll let the list sit for a couple weeks while I work on my current build and then I'll look at it again.

I'm leaning towards #1 on your list but they all sound intriguing...

Robert I like number one as well. That would rock, especially since you've already built German and Japanese. Time for some good ole' US of A equipment! LOL!
Joe, I already finished the one armored train engine that I have. All that is left are some flatcars for some Russian armored trains that I need to return to. No, I have several possibilities like a couple staghounds and similar vehicles that I can choose for this.

I knew I might get someone, but sorry it's you, Mark.
The top of the list is Number 4...sort of like a Top 10 countdown where you start with Number 10. The U.S. kit is actually last on the list, but still made the top four. Since I'm really thinking of going with a more heavily abused vehicle, I'm not sure how the U.S. vehicle would fit into that idea.
Thanks for the feedback!!!
