Recently acquired, received yesterday. It WAS still shrink wrapped. This makes 2 1/2 in the collection. (photo from the internet) Jerry

I've been watching those kits for a while. Not very common, anymore! Are they good kits?

I haven't build an IMC kit since I was a teenager... seemed like they had lots of parts and lots of them moved like doors, trunks and hoods, suspension and steering on the ones I did...

Kinda resembles a GT-40 to me, just a different front end

The Avenger GT 12 was a fiberglas kit car by Fiberfab, styling was based on the Ford GT from the mid 60s. The Avenger kit was for a Volkswagen floor pan, whilst the Valkyrie was a mid-engined version of basically the same body. IMC produced the model of the Avenger GT 12 Circa 1975 and used their 64 VW beetle as a base, (chassis for the stock VW and the Drag chassis are in the kit). Surprisingly they did not make the doors open. Otherwise build on this kit is just like building the 64 VW beetle.
