Took some old wood from my chicken coop I tore down and some exterior plywood and put together a storage area along the outside of my shop for the trash cans to get them out of the woodshop!!! Still need paint and the metal across the top but am happy to get them together. They do have the felt roofing underlayment on to keep them dry if it rains, ha, ha!!! Should keep the bears out of it...

Excellent idea and execution. Now you need to show us the 'new' interior once you get it all organized ans in place.

That's only part of the side wall... next to where I am standing is my Delta Unisaw... further down that wall is my Delta Drill Press and then around the corner is the wood storage area then the Leigh Dovetail Jig and then the Delta Wood Lathe... followed by lots of mismatched shelves in the next bay... then sheet goods along the back wall where the wife parks the Kia in the third bay of the shop. Its a big mess that needs cleaning and reorganizing...

Thank you Mark, I love my space and the tools I have picked up over many years when I had a bonus or some extra money!!! The Unisaw took forever to save for... that's the 5 horsepower one... cuts through walnut and oak like butter... never bogs down!!! Sheets of plywood are a breeze to cut with the bigger table and the roller table I built behind it!!!

Love the shop Joe. Im envious.
I started woodworking about a year ago and the bug has really bitten.
Slowly but surely building up my tool collection.

Just save the money for one big tool each year and once you have it in hand order the tool!!! No debt and your shop will grow!!! That has been my plan… any extra money goes to smaller tools or my model hobby!!! Never charge anything!!!
