Loved that quote from Forrest Gump. today i morning with an awful migraine, so did i rest? Nope! i goofed around on the computer for a few hours, but then drove to my brother in laws shop for some John Deere maintenance. then o borrowed my father in laws ‘47 ford tractor to move some dirt. By noon, my head hurt so bad that my hair hurt.  So, I came in and rested right? Nope! Did some coding for a few hours, took a migraine pill and at 5pm went back out and mowed the lawn. I guess I take that adage “A Man’s work is never done” a bit far and labor too much on labor day. Any who... Migraine is gone and got a good jump on work needed to be done by Halloween. My family has started our own tradition where we “adopt” a dorm/floor at the university where I work. This year we’re doing a haunted hayride complete with costumes, either an outdoor movie or dance (Have to watch that one, because the Christian university where I work has rules against “dance”), a bonfire, cookout and more for 150+ students. No rest for the weary! |

That is excellent Scott. I'm glad you got all that done despite your headache, At least you got relief; I'm still waiting to be healed of my slipped disk.

Ive been in severe knee pain for 5 days now. Can barely walk. Cant see a Dr or go to the ER. No health Insurance... I sit thru so much pain its not even funny. But theres not a dam thing I can do about it cause the State of Mass is run by a bunch of a**holes. I did have health ins until Middle of 2016 when Masshealth decided to tell me I really didnt live where I lived.... And ive lived here since 2014!!!! lol

Nice job Scott... Ben I just don't know what to say man, try contacting your state representative or a local TV company and get your story out there... they hate bad publicity and it will be resolved fast...

Now to “finish it” Ben!  need to repair the sides and finish the floor. (It had none when I got it) My wife also decided she wants me to run power to it so we have light in it. That’ll be a fall project because while I am at it I will upgrade my shop to 50-amp service too! All said and done, I will have less than $100 in this shed! It was free and guy gave me enough shingles to re-roof it and I build the floor using pallets and scrap plywood! |
