Lightening and then wind torched off a big fire across the river from us and many smaller ones yesterday. Keep the firefighters in your prayers as well as those in harm's way!!! Ski and I are fine, nothing threatening us at the moment... lots of friends who are in danger... I hate wildfires!!!

I know what you're going through. I have a few fires around my place but nothing very close. Still, the sky is quite subdued with all the smoke in the air. Praying for all concerned.
