The main PC at the house is on the fritz. It won't reboot. I can't do a system restore. I can't do a reset. It will go just so far and lock up.
I'm writing this post on a seven inch tablet. I can't do as much with it as I can the PC.
A trip to the PC doctor is in store for this one. Maybe they can fix it.

Just found out the hard drive is cooked. Gonna cost $160 for new hard drive and format.

Nope...no backup. He is trying to retrieve data off the old hard drive, but it keeps kicking out.

I feel your pain, I cant do anything on this lappy. IT will overheat and shutdown whenever it feels like it. I cannot watch more than 10 mins of youtube videos or it will crash. I cannot run more than one program at a time, I cannot have more than one tab open at a time. This laptop i bought off ebay in 2015 for $99. My previous one crapped out. This was only supposed to be a temp fix while i saved up $$ for a custom gaming rig for myself. But finding a job is almost impossible for me lol. Trust me i go on interviews multiple times a month. But anywhoo I feel your pain.

Got the ol' 'puter back up and running. New hard drive. A couple new programs. Gonna take a minute to get familiar with it. I'll prolly be sending PMs yer way, Scott. Be ready!!
