Have been feeling pretty crappy these last 5-6 weeks.My ambition and mojo have been in the trash,tired sore and achy plus a lung infection. Haven't wanted to get out of bed except to go to doctors appts. Maybe the PT Group build will get me going but either way please bear with me I'll try and post the best I can.

Cliff, I know the feeling. I've had a very rough month myself. Do what you can when you can, no hurries or worries. You health comes first so take care of that before anything else.
