Ernie these are supertrees from an outfit in PA called Scenic Express. They are some sort of plant that grows near the Arctic Circle I think I heard somewhere
I actually had more fun with the base than the model on this go round

Thank you for the info on the trees Mark, I will have to look into those. It looks like you had a lot of fun with the base, it came out very nice and complements the model really well, they look great together.
