Chaps. A dead airbrush is not a good thing but it doesn't stop me sticking stuff so to satisfy my growing interest in 'what if' vehicles, I present to you... Based on the British Conqueror Tank chassis, it was intended to counter the threat that the Soviet JS tanks presented. It only ever made it as far as a wooden mockup before the project was shelved. Welcoming all.

Chaps. Quite a bit in the box. Note individual track links, early releases had some rather over complicated two piece links, these will be much easier.

On with the show. Thought I would get the tracks out the way as that is probably the most dull part. On the contrary! Nicely molded, two to a mini sprue. Careful use of a sharp blade means no clean up after, they snap together it appears quite positively and remain workable. From start to finish, the two track runs took just under an hour. Cheers!

Excellent start man! I should try doing the most onerous parts of a build first whenever possible, just to get them out of the way. Brilliant idea.

I agree Mark, get the worst over with first like eating that veggie on your plate first so you can enjoy that nice big steak later!!!

Cheers boys. I'm not a great fan on skipping steps in a build but on something as separate as tracks, it makes sense, when it's done, it makes me feel all positive.

Chaps. Hull is underway. The sticky outy bits serve a dual purpose, they appear to stop the suspension units rebounding too far when not under load as well as providing support for some lower side armour. Ta.

Chaps. We have suspension assemblies. I opted for the workable ones with the metal spring. The spring is a little under scale but you see very little of it when everything is up together. Thanking you all for your continued interest.
