Started the restoration, bit of a glue bomb, but it came apart with a little bit of Dremel work.

The one thing that I forgot about was that this GOLD plastic is BRITTLE!!!!

Hood repair

Remember I said it's BRITTLE?!?

Windows fused in place where's the DREMEL!!

Repairs underway.

Now to get rid of those dang wood grain stickers!!!

But, I found a harmless, (to the plastic) solution. That's right, Lighter Fluid

Nice and clean!!!!

Now for the primer, then figure out what color to put on this beast.

Since I'm in the middle of moving the work bench back into the garage, I haven't been doing much model work.
But I did get it in paint today, Testors #1845 Mystic Emerald.

I'll get better pictures tomorrow.
