Last night on the Axstv channel they showed the 4 hr Directors Cut movie Woodstock. Well deciding to relive my youth and hear some great music I settled down to watch it. Wanting to keep my hands busy I pulled out my old box of the Tamiya 88mm Flak 36/37 that I had built years ago but never did the bogies. When I opened the box I saw the Zundapp motorcycle was still there. this is what I got done in 4 hrs...

Now that is something that I could not do. Watch a movie and model. I would be way to distracted by the movie. Now classical music playing in the background I can do, also big band music as well. Nice work on those bits.

Nice work on those bits. Totally agree. Just about any music is fine, but no video otherwise modeling doesn't get done or worse, gets done poorly.

I've seen this movie quite a few times so I had it on just for the music and memories.

Sometimes, I'll put YouTube music on the computer in the hobby room. Sixties and seventies oldies bring back memories of my modeling youth! These pieces look great, Cliff!

I just picked up one of the 10$ Bluetooth speaker's from the dollar store and that thing so far has been worth every penny I spent on it.

I've got an old CD/radio boombox with detachable speakers up on one of the bookcases, and on an old end table next to the bench a Bose sound dock for my iPod. I can listen to just about anything.

Yeah, I also play tunes from my Iphone hooked up to a speaker system when I build. Sometimes I'll also talk long distance with a friend in Georgia or any one of my local friends while building. I find I get a lot done then....
