Boys, I'll tell you what. I swear this story is true. We had an older woman come into the shop every spring and fall. The reason for Her visits was to make sure we changed the air in her tires. Winter air got put in in September and summer air in May. And before you ask, no, we didn't charge her for it.

I've worked in a Ford dealership service dept for the past 5 years and nothing surprises me anymore. Mind you I'm just the courtesy shuttle driver.

Isn't that the truth, I worked for Ford when I was in my 20's as a service adviser and heard some pretty unbelievable stuff people thought was true about cars...

I worked at a Lincoln dealership in the early eighties. One customer had a fairly new Lincoln, with a sunroof. It was out of alignment, and wouldn't shut properly, every time he opened it. Instead of driving the car to the dealership, he would call a tow truck to bring it in!
