After 42 years of faithful service and over 100 models my Badger 200 is going into retirement. In all that time the only repair/maintenance was a new needle bushing that only Badger can do in 2016. I did replace the needle and nozzle tip several times (I can be clumsy) but otherwise it has worked flawlessly and outlasted 4 compressors. It was used for general painting and even detailing and camo until I purchased a Badger 200G Fine Tip then it just did base coats and primers. You can tell how old it is from the siphon bottle cap, it's a screw on and not a push on like the newer ones. With using acrylics now a gravity flow will work a lot better than a siphon so a new brush has been ordered. "What is it?" you ask,well you'll see when it shows up by this weekend but I will tell you it's another Badger. Here's a pic of the old work horse...  |
