Here it is, in all its glory! HAHAHA

The taillights are '59 Caddy units, but were supplied in the Mercury kit as custom items.
I chose to mount them vertically, instead of horizontally, as the sheet called for.
I also Frenched them in.

It's sitting fairly low.

The grille is a two piece affair. I drilled holes in the flat part, and then added the Caddy style
center piece to it. Both parts came in the Mercury kit.

The hood a trunk lids were heavily modified. I fabricated the hinges for both lids.

This shows the forward tilt hinge I built from styrene tube and brass wire.

Inside the trunk carries the same them as the interior.

Good ol' Mercury Eight flathead power!

i'm kinda glad this one is finished. I worked on for over a year.
