I am glad he is doing well! Of the three of us he is the first to retire! Good for him! For me it will be 5 years 11 months 11 days! But who's counting? It will go by quickly! How about you, Joe?

Now that I'm down to just Real Estate I have freed up my schedule a lot, I figure I will play with this for 10 more years as long as it stays fun and profitable...
