Thanks mates.

The lower hull was dirtified with a mixture of acrylic resin + sand pigments + tadd of plaster + water.
First I added, then partially removed it. After drying more pigments were applied with white spirit. Everything was then sealed with Dullcote. It doesn't darken the pigments which is a big plus.

Tomorrow I'll finish this part of the weathering.

Thanks modelbrothas ! Pigments were applied onto the wheelage, secured with fixer and now ready for grease and damp earth effects.

This pic was taken with bright daylight which shows the different shades way better than cloudy light. The lower hull photo sucks bigtime.
