I believe this is actually the boat from the MPC 1970 Pontiac Bonneville kit.

It's NOT a Hemi Hydro(or "Hot Rod Hydro" as it's called on that later re-issue box). "Hemi Hydro" was that kit's original name. It never represented a "Hydrofoil" though.
