Anyone else have a problem with the new faster Firefox that they just updated to? I had to literally delete it off my machine as everything kept crashing and nothing would load for ages!!! It is gone and now I am using Edge which is miles faster by comparison!!! This is an older laptop so maybe it is a resource hog and my ol machine just couldn't handle it... they lost this customer with that upgrade for sure!!!

I have a coworker here and she said she is having the same issues since the upgrade!!! I am glad I just deleted it and went to Edge, everything is faster and working properly and I imported my stuff from Firefox before I deleted it so I didn't loose my favorites!!!

Seems to be O.K. now. I don't see how they can call it faster, though. Bookmark and other stuff now takes 2 clicks instead of one.

Mine updated about a week and a half ago and I'm completely happy. It improved the speed of my system by at least 25%. I haven't had any of the issues you describe, Joe. My computer has literally not locked up in 6 months or more.

Windows 10 (updated), Firefox 57.0, McAfee LiveSafe (updated)

BTW, I run CCleaner at least once every 3 or 4 days and only allow a handful of cookies to remain undeleted.

I still have mine and I did have a few issues before. After one restart, I have had no further issues. It is a little faster on the loading times, and I have not had any issues with the ProBoards ads locking up my browser since the update. For that alone it was worth it.
