Hi guys, I purchased this WWI French Artillery helmet, it's an empty pot but it's +102 years old and it will look stunning after a protective wax treatment.



These are 2017's helmet finds/purchases...

Remember this Belgian Adrian helmet ? It was overpainted but I managed to restore it in its old glory :



This Canadian Brodie helmet with bullet hole :



The French Adrian Vichy regime helmet.



These leather gaiters (Belgian WWI cavalry) came with another helmet.

It's great you have space for these. I have a very good friend, also member in a historical reenactment group, I couldn't imagine what he could collect, especially objects related to WWI.
Very fine pieces, with a lot of history,you must be very proud of it.

Thank you mates, most of this stuff is now in hands of collectors but every now and then a relic pops up from old cellars, attics...it's our task to make sure this won't get lost in the scrapyards etc.
