I'm debating (with myself) on whether to make it black, or chrome. the grille itself will have a blackout treatment added to it.

Here's the 390 V-8 from the Mustang kit: I used the carbs and injector tubes from the Cougar kit, and a MAD distributor. Test fit in the engine bay looks good, so far:

These are the seats and console from the Mustang kit: The seat bottoms and console are molded as one piece. The white part on there is a shim to help it mate up to the Cougar dashboard. I cut the seat bottoms away from the console: The part in the back is a console storage box from the Mustang kit. Here is the storage box mounted to the console: I added an insert to tie the two parts together: I also added a trim strip around the edge of the insert: Trim strip installed. A little straightening up, and it will be ready. The seat bottoms in the mustang kit are designed to sit right on the floor of the interior tub. I added some frame work to raise the seats up: This may not be seen after final assembly, but I thought it needed to be done, anyway.

This is a 390 V-8 in a Cougar: As you can see, the radiator hose attaches on the passenger side(US) of the radiator. The radiator below is from the glue bomb Cougar I'm using for this project: Not sure if it is the original part from a '67 Cougar kit, but the hose connection is on the wrong side, as shown in red. I took it off, and added a new one on the other side, using some styrene tube: After the glue sets, i'll work it down to size.
