Well, I gave the base a go this morning and it looks like shi....poop. I just don't have it in me to mess with it, Guys. On the positive side, I took the decal sheet to the Screen Printing Instructor at school to see if he could have one of the kids make up the correct markings shown in the picture. We'll see what happens. So a little weathering, some markings and this will be done.

Thanks, Boys. They more than likely will be vinyl dry transfers. He's got some very talented Kids in the class. We'll see what happens.

So with the 251 finished up it's time to go back to this and see if I can close it up. Took awhile to get the markings done but the young man did an outstanding job. He's very talented and should go far. The process. I gave the Instructor the decal sheet. The student enlarged them so I could show Him what the changes should be and what scale. After much trial and error and messing around with editing and printing software, these appeared. They are not decals. They are dry transfer. Peel and stick if you will. I'm glad He made extras. I messed up three or four before I got the hang of it. Here day is, all stuck down. I'm very pleased with them. Some Dullcoat to take the shine off and we'll be golden. AAACW.

Joe. Yes he did. Young man shows great potential. Keith, Tanks, Man. Steve. It's a win-win. Student gets to do some independent work, related to His field of study and He helps me out with some stickers. How can you lose?

Another one done. I was aiming for this. And ended up with this. Pretty close, I think. Could have gone a little lighter with the yellow. Here are some more pics. Had some issues with this one but all in all a fun build. Joe and/or Bucky. Would you please post some pics in the completed gallery? Tanks. AAACW.
