You sound like my son in Lacey... same thing, rain and heavy wind, blew his neighbors fence over!!! We had sleet and snow last night before I went to bed and then it warmed up and rained!!! Can't seem to make up its mind!!!

Wet sanded the body with 4, 6, 8 and 12,000 grit sanding pads. Took off most of the fine grit left on the top surface. Need to clean my Spray Booth and area better. Will try again. Still have half my paint left.
