Thank you guys, you're the best. Last night my stomach was killing me, it burnt that much that I couldn't stay in bed but in a couple of hours I have an appointment with the doctor. I started feeling ill in England and it went from bad to worse. Strangely my appetite didn't drop.

You're making me feel a bit better guys. It's ulcers most certain, now I'm on medication for a month, three days off work too. My wife's a terrific cook and I just couldn't resist a second dinner portion, I'm going to pay the price tonite I'm afraid ?!  Joe said it, I too can eat like a lion but it's gonna hurt... |

On a plus side they do heal if you do what you're supposed to... haven't had a problem since then and that was 40 some odd years ago...

I had a bout with those back in the early 90's. Coffee seemed to be my biggest enemy, plus I couldn't get enuff to eat, either! What's that all about??  I quit the coffee, and tea for a while, and took the meds, and now they don't bother me. |

Speakin of coffee I cant hardly drink it anymore . I've become a tea drinker with honey in it .Sure is easy on the stomach .

Thanks for your very much appreciated comments gents ! I'm doing what the doctor said and I'm feeling better already, I had a good night sleep as the stomach didn't hurt that much. I quit on drinking coffee recently and I became a T-Guy ! Carl, thanks ! Bucky, I used to drink coffee on automatic pilot, at home, at work, everywhere. Also my tinnitus got badly influenced by the cafeïn, alcohol makes it worse too...  Joe, thanks mate, that's a good thing ! Jeff, I'm getting beter my friend. Wes, thanks bud, I got all the pe-stuff done yesterday between some powernaps and I'll shoot some pics of them in a moment. Pete, thanks mate. |
