Picture sizes...a friendly reminder!

Hi folks!! Hope everybody is doing well!
I'd like to remind all the members to try to get their pics set at no bigger than 700x700. With large pics, some of us have a hard time getting them to load, and some of us also have to scroll side to side in order to see them. All the pics I've seen so far have been great shots, except some of my own! hahaha
By keeping the size down, we should all have a better experience cruzin' the forum!

My host site has 800x800 or 640x640 which one can I use.
The Royal Rail was 800x800?

That depends on what size pic your camera takes. My old camera was a 5 megapixel and just uploading it to photo bucket would work because they re-sized them for you. I now have a 14 megapixel that takes a 5 ft wide pic so to get them to fit I had PB re-size them to 640 I think.

I found the problem and it wasn't picture size. It's that Popeye has 2 pics side by side instead of underneath each other. So that doubles the picture width. If he'll just edit his post and move the one that was doubled everything will return to normal.

Thanks for the heads up, Bill!! I went in and moved popeye's pic down below the other one, and fixed the problem I was seeing! Everybody's doing a great job, so far!
Monaro, 640 x 640 might be worth a try, just to see what it looks like. Post one in this thread if you like, for a test. What photo host do you use? Most of them have a customizable size setting, I think! Just a thought!

I been having issues with the sizing on P-Bucket and I apologise. There are some I posted that I KNOW I uploaded at 640 x something or other that post up on forums MUCH bigger. I emailed em,they said they're working on it (translation...good luck,LOL!).
