I'm Too Young for This

I'm falling apart and I'm only 30.

So last week I was in the ER for my heart. While I was flying around the local area, I had what probably was a heart palpitation. I usually get them randomly no big deal but this one lasted 10 minutes in a no stress situation. While at the ER they hooked me up to the EKG for a few hours which came back fine. I went to the heart doctor yesterday and since I didn't pass out or have shortness of breath, I have to wear a heart monitor for a month. Next is a Echo test and then a follow up appointment in December.

Moving on, while at seeing my flight doctor earlier this week for my ER visit, she asked me if I have seen my X-Ray results.....I have a "nodule" in my lung tissue on my right lung. So now I have to go get a CT scan to see how big it is. She told me that it's not serious at this time but now it has to be monitored yearly to see if it grows. 

Next, get to go visit the neurologist for my hand tremors to see what's causing that...

I blame it on breathing in too much JP-8 and jet exhaust.

On a good note, I'm between classes this week and I actually got a little bench time. I'm working on a small little guy, just something to wet my whistle. I'll post pics in the near future.

Bummer, Doogie! I hope all the heart tests can determine the underlying cause and it's not too serious...yes, you are too young for that stuff! Stay positive...

Keeping you our thoughts and prayers Harley. Hope all the test results come back a-ok! I too have one of those nodules on/in my left lung. It doesn't do anything,just stays the same size and shape and doesn't do anything. I also go back once a year and have it checked.

Now sit back and take it easy and let us old farts deal with the health problems.

Hadn't been on in a while, school is back in session but back with an update. I passed the neurologist tests, so I'm cleared there. Also, the CT scan for my right lung came back. Doc told me what ever is in there is calcified so it's not a threat. Only thing left is a couple of weeks with this heart monitor then I have to mail it in and wait for the results to be compiled. I have my echocardiography stress test tomorrow.
