There are Youtube videos about using water for paint effects. I thought if I sprayed over the droplets they would leave the undercoat as camo 😂😂

I would guess the air pressure would move the water creating streaks not splotchy looks...

Looking good Jed. I like it. I also fully understand the difficulty of building a white-molded model. I've done many a white model before.

Being primarily a civvy builder, I've worked with white, or very light colored plastic since the beginning. After a long session of cutting and scraping and gluing, the parts sorta blend together!! LOL But, I always seemed to cringe when I opened a kit and found it to be molded in a hideous color of plastic!

Interesting kit. Built a lot of "The Lindberg Line!" kits back in my juve days. Mainly floaters but a few planes too.

Red and yellow are bad about bleeding thru! Tru Dat!!! Built a Grass Green plastic colored tank one time that the olive green would not cover... get looking way to bright... finally I painted it black then olive and that worked!!!
