Yesterday morning, I had a rude awakening! I opened my AOL email account, only to find an email stating that I had changed my eBay password and email contact. I couldn't log into my eBay account. My PayPal account is tied to eBay, so I automatically thought the worst had happened. I found my way into eBay support, and found out that the new email contact for my account was from Russia! I called the eBay phone number, and found out that someone had changed my info early yesterday morning. It wasn't me!! So, they reset my account back to my email contact. I then had to change my password for eBay, PayPal, and my AOL email accounts. The customer service guy I talked to for eBay was super nice, and got the job done, very quickly. He checked to make sure no transactions had been done on eBay and PayPal. Good thing I opened my email early yesterday! He also advised me to change my passwords, frequently, and don't use the same password for multiple sites. I can do that, but I hafta write them down, lest I forget them!!LOL
A bit later, I had trouble logging on to OSM! Probably not related to the eBay thing, but aggravating, nonetheless!! Beware, folks, the hackers are out there!!!

Glad you got it sorted before any damage was done.
The internet is a wonderful thing, but unfortunately very evil at times too.
