Couldn't find one unless I want to spend a few hundred dollars... no way!

Still too rich to tempt me... I'd go $30, not worth it to me to go higher for the whole kit...

I've had mine so long, I don't remember how much it was. I probably didn't pay a great deal for it, back then.

This is a cool idea. Ya gotta love the hearse and the slogan. Great marketing! I did see the original post too. I've got an Ecto-1 but I have other plans for it...someday I look forward to the progress on both the builds.

I found, that extending chassis and maintaining stability is difficult. I can see how difficult it was for the Master Casters to build a piece.

Two metal rods or pieces of clothes hangers glued inside where they won't be seen will stiffen it right up...

Or a 2 x 4. They're all good.

Anyhow, it's all shored up for now. I used the Salt Method on the bottom of the chassis after putting down a red primer, salt, then satin black to give the bottom an aged look. The body had already gone through a previous weathering technique, but I think it should be done over. I like the body! One thing I want to try and it might look cool on this one....... is spray a couple body panels a completely different color now. Then hairspray and black back over it all again. That way it would have a few different colors coming through.

Might detract from the lettering if you go too wild with colors...

I'm trying to make it look bad, Bucky.
