Years ago someone gave me a styline '65 Pontiac Bonneville, was one of my favorite cars. It was brush painted and I don't recall if any filler was ever used on that car, but, as I said it was my favorite. Lost over the years, I decided I would do one myself. With the advent of AMT's release of the 2+2, I decided to use it in place of a Bonneville body,(it's a cleaner car without the heavy rocker chrome, besides, AMT didn't shorten the body to a Catalina length.). While I do need to finish the detail work inside, It's basically finished. Painted in House of Kolor , Sunset pearl over Sno-white pearl. All parts are from the styline Bonneville, except the body.

I decided to complete this custom made land barge, giving it the same treatment as the 66 Wildcat. meaning a stretched Impala frame, floor, and inner front fenders. This is due to the fact my cuz,( he took first with his custom Riviera which gave me second place.)kept telling me to finish the dang thing and show it!! So watch for this rebuild in the bench-works column.
Thank you for the compliments, Jerry
