Fine work McB, excellent collection. I'm gonna have to wait till I retire before I try acrylics instead of oils. It's almost an anathema for me to think against my trusty oils, HA!

Steve, thanks a lot buddy. I actually used both Acrylics and Oils especially on the Tank Commander. I used Acrylics for all the base colors and simple highlights and Shading, then used Oils to Blend everything in. Worked great for me. Nico, thanks my man, i appreciate it!

Mr. McB, I was thinking of using a bit of acrylic over a finished oil to add minor highlights, otherwise I'd be using an oil filter, which has a tendency to fog or over do the affect. In otherwords, ya gotta be real careful using an oil filter, lol. Whatcha think Bro?

Steve, i reckon it would work if the oil paint was fully cured and sealed...yes? Heck bro, im still learning how to paint figures - just kinda wingin' it as i go....working out so far!

Wingin or not, you got talent Son! lol. Yes, after the seal coat I went back over my Sub figure and did a few filters, just diluted enough to leave a trace.
