Thanks Ian!!! Yes it is a decal and the silver is from that new Molotov Chrome pen I got 1mm. Then I put another coat of the clear sparkles over the whole thing as I wanted the Union Jack to sparkle too!!!

I used Micro sol once on the decal last night, painted this morning... the jury is still out on the chrome pen... dries really slow... tip dries out quick and you have to repump it... 1mm is good, 2mm is too big for some corners but they do look like real chrome...
