One of the local Dollar Stores is closing with 20% off everything so I decided to take a peek and see what I could use. I came away with all this for under $5.   I've got another package coming my way in the mail where I got an item for $40 - $50 cheaper than anywhere else I've looked  . |

Yes it is, just remember to trim the wheels like I did on the Bat-Pod if you want the tires to fit well and not have lines etched on the sides by those nasty ribs they manufactured on there...
