The only way I'm going to get my backside to the bench is to do something I really want to do So this beautiful Heller 1/8 Yamaha TY125 it is going to be, there is absolutely nothing else that takes my fancy atm I'll be getting this out of the stash in next couple of days, and we'll be off

Didn't think of that Joe Right at last done something just joining some parts loads of clean up was required

Nice start my friend! Is this an old kit with all the clean up needed? I know old AMT kits are really bad for that!

All right! Now we're talking! Good start, Robbo. I've become to accept flash as part of the hobby. Even with later reissues of the same kit, some of them don't get any better. I actually have an older glue bomb that I got off eBay that was built without removing any of the flash! So, I'll have that pleasure all to myself! Looking forward to seeing more of this, Mr. Robbo!

I find it quite therapeutic cleaning up a badly fitting part. There are no locating pin at all in the kit you just have to join the parts by luck

Got to have a satin varnish that I've just bought but it's a start, this is what I like about these builds, paint a bit put them to one side and paint a bit more, stick a bit put them to one side, etc
