Well my two figures arrived, well ahead of the predicted date and so has the paint. The figures on first look are not bad at all, maybe on the thin side making them look a bit tall to me, time will tell, one rifle is broken but I’m sure it won’t be a problem.

Well here is where I'm at just now. I quite like the AK British Desert Pink, maybe not pink enough so I'm debating whether to add some red to it. Everything with colour has had two maybe three coats so almost ready to do the detail painting. You will notice an amount of NATO Green which I intend to leave as is, my reasoning being that the vehicle used for reference is post MOD (SAS) use and possibly too well painted. If painted by hand and in theatre I honestly believe only the bulk or parts obvious to the naked eye would have been painted. I intend to put patches of this green in places where ware would have occurred. Any advice appreciated. Hope its not too many pictures.

I agree with the touches of the original green paint. Might want to cover that bright pink in the wheel wells.

Just an observation, both would look good with a pin wash, these trucks have got loads of recess to make pop, sorry if I'm jumping the gun and you've got it planned
