Back to the business at hand... 😋
Got the rest of the hull together without a problem, same with the turret, no dramas encountered whatever
Took a few photos (for lack of anything better to do)... 😴 and because I could.. 😈
Next stage after a break for a cuppa and let the glue on that lot dry is to fit the turret schurzen and their brackets, plus the spare roadwheels on the RHS (to fill the holes into which they mount), after which I'll see how my eyes are ... I did note the exhausts are a bit on the thin side, but (until I saw the photos), hadn't seen the detail inside them ! Amazing what detail the camera reveals eh ? 😖
Best Gomez of petite Panzers 😉🙃

I've added the spare bogie wheels, and identifired a little job for a bit of stretched sprue too, on the Mk IV, the spare roadwheels were held in place by a bracket with a rod running between the pairs of wheels, the brackets are very nicely moulded into the spare wheel box, the rod isn't in the kit, so a wee job for some stretched sprue (will also replace the kit's moulded radio aerial with stretched sprue as well)
No photos of the little glue job above, don't need red X's everywhere ( cos I've over peppered my posts with photos)...
You'll no doubt see the spare wheels in place next time I post progress piccys.
ThT's it for this time folks, my eyes are not playing and need a rest from squinting at teeny bits under strong light.
Best Gomez of Kleiner Gernlungen (und eye blinken ! ) 😖 😉🙃

Floaters are mean. They make it look as though you have foreign matter in yer paint job. Makes it rough trying to shine up a candy apple red street rod model! LoL
Great looking progress, by the way!

Cheers guys 👍 😎
Bucky I've nver seen a candy apple red panzer of any kind (even chromed exhaust pipes are out on the things ! ) 😳
Looks like tiny panzering will be a bit of a morning on/whole day off kinda thing for a while, at least til I get my new glasses, which might make a difference (won't know til I git em 🤓) Must make another appointment with my eye specialist, to replace the one I had to scrap because of flu last week
Best Gomez 😉🙃 (of getting used to time not being of an issue and posting every two days, cos my eyes ain't playing the game as nicely as I'd like them to ! 🤬🤫)

Following on from the 72nd schedule above, I'm going to play with a couple of 35ths I built in 5 minutes here, 10 minutes there style whilst helping my late mate's family out after his demise...both only require paint touchup/ tweaking, decals and weathering... There's a Crusader III AA (twin Oerliken) needs its roadwheel tyres and tracks painted, and an old Tamiya Pz II Marder needing a bitta camo and its roadwheel tyres and tracks painted, plus its decals and weathering. 🤔
I'll get onto the Crusader first (I know where that one is hiding ! 😆🤫) Hopefully, I'll git 'er dun within 2 days, and get back onto the teeny Ausf J, my eyes won't be strained by the 35th stuff, dat's fer shore ! Might try a 72nd plane or two after the lil tank, I'll see about that when I get there ! 😴
Best Gomez 😉🙃 Thunking about moving the desk AGAIN ! 😖🤯

Relax.. it ain't going far and its staying in the same room...🤔
Its moving about 15 feet, from hare (just inside the door) ...
to there (against the back wall, where the thing with my entire 35th stash is hiding)
Its just swapping places you see. Easy job, desk return is only held on with 2 3inch by 1/4 inch gutter bolts with butterfly nuts and washers, the ex display boxes full of glue and other necessities just lift off and the whole lot will be disassembled, moved and reassembled in minutes, without dramas. That's the plan anyway..
I'll letcha know how it went in an hour or so 😎
Best Gomez of plotting again 🤫😉🙃

Dun ! 🥱
Easily accomplished, no naughty words engendered (or spoken), easy peasy is how it turned out..😆😎
One lil wrinkle,🤔 the stash holder fitted better vertically in its new location, allowing me to put a similarly self constructed item beside it... that one's full of my power tools (plug into the wall/non rechargeable style)
Desk is happy in its new home too 😎
Next trick might be to move that paperback bookshelf to the left of the desk (just slide it up the wall its against) and replace it with these shelves, full of tools and paint and drawers full of spare parts (they were behind and opposite the desk before I moved it) 😋
That might be for tomorrow - I've a hankering to get to the desk and git on with that thar 35th Crusader AA..😎
Best Gomez of mission plotted and accomplished 😆😉🙃

Crusader tyres painted, ready for tracks to be painted and decals tomorrow... 😎
Marder II proved to be missing a part (exhaust pipe mit 90 degree bend) no worries, will raid Panther or King Tiger spares boxes to get (and cut down), same on the morrow
Tried desk in construction mode, decided to build the Takom Pz III N, lots of folks have reported trouble with assembling the kit, let's see how I get on with it... Lower hull and roadwheels/suspension arms all fell together nicely, so no reportable dramas thus far. 🥱😴
Pics of Both the above on the morrow, I'm about to cook me dinner and tuck into same 😋
Best A slightly hungry Gomez 😉🙃

As Advertised yesterday
Italeri 1/35 Crusader III AA (twin Oerliken) ready for decals and weathering...
Takom Pz III Ausf N chassis/lower hull and exhaust complete
Sprockets and rear idlers are assembled and in the hull so's they don't git lost,
Next stage is link and length track assembly and fitting, no problems expected there, if their Ausf M is anything to go by (Did the M ages ago) the M is a sweet little kit with no vices whatever.
Best Gomez of the Panzerwaffe 😉🙃

Its getting there..
Lost concentration just after I posted that, so wandered away from the desk, before I boogered something.
Work on it resumes this morning in about 30 mins, Want to get er dun and get onto something else, perhaps an Italeri Hetzer, or maybe I'll sling the decals on the Crusader AA, dunno 🤔
Best Gomez of uncaffienated, therefore only half awake 🥱 😉🙃

Don't feel like muddlin' today actually.. 🤔
Going to finish rearranging the factory, move a bitta furniture around, get the layout right, that sort of thing.. 😖
I'm pretty sure of what will go where, just need to unpack and move things then repack etc; 🥱
Want to git it dun and get it right, so I don't have to do it again, one idea is to fit a light under the desk, so I can easily find parts I've dropped, without needing to use a torch whilst grotting around on the floor. No carpet in that room, so no carpet monsters to worry about. 😎
Photos sooner or later, when its dun.
Best Gomez of rearrangement 😉🙃
