I've always had a great interest in this car and the whole classic Coke bottled Charger bodies in general. Very good work on this beauty and love the paint work.
I built a "Lee II" General Lee Charger a couple of years back and have this kit here in my stash. The "Lee II" was my own street version of the car, but in R/T form (which the original GL is not), lowered with a more aggressive stance and a meatier wheel/ tire combo. My plans are to build a "Bullitt II" Charger and do the same thing to it and this is definitely giving me the inspiration to do just that.

Glad I could light the fire, I have the Bullitt Stang to build also... I like that one too but didn't like the fact that they left the horse corral out of the grill......and the fact that the 390 "boat anchor" was used for the power plant (in real life that 440 powered Charger would've annihilated a 390 powered Mustang) BUT......... I have a LOT of love and extensive working knowledge (as well as fond memories) for the 67-68 year Mustangs and am looking forward to that build too if you're going build it any time soon.
