I already told Laura I will be coming back!!! You really inspired me with your passion for building my brother!!! Thank you!!!  Back at you Joe. Your diorama is the inspiration to my current diorama. Don't think I can come close to the quality but it makes me try hard. Also thanks for the comments on my ship. Thats my first effort in ship building, well aside from this one but its only a section of it so I don't think it counts. I have my eye on a 1/350 destroyer I may do next. |

First class to be sure it's lovely
If the wood trim is not too securely attatched perhaps you could peel it off and replace it with some flat black painted .080 styrene or somesuch?

I wanted to thank all of you for the very kind words it really means a lot. I also wanted to share some updated pics since I replaced the awful wood situation. On to the next big project 
So I saw this the other day when we actually had sun through all the smoke. Kinda cool    |
