Yes. Thanks, those are good adds. Joe, I can't think of any other than Model Car Garage, for after market car parts. I haven't even been there in quite some time. If I think of any, will add them here. TG for Edit! Model Car Garage www.modelcargarage.com/eshop/pc/home.aspArcher Fine Transfers archertransfers.com

I can only echo the satisfaction from sites like Scalehobbiest.com, Hobbylinc.com, SprueBros. There are others I use from time to time, cant remember them right now. I do use Amazon a lot for supplies and books. Drillbitsunlimited and Micromark are good as well.

Many good sites to visit! I've used a few of those. One I don't see yet is Keith Marks. He does decals for automobiles. I've used them, and have more waiting in the stash. He can be found on fotki. You may be able to do a Google search for Keith Marks.

Here's a few of my hard to get stuff sites. I have ordered from and had zero issues with each one of these Hands down the cheapest prices and shipping on the internet. The navigation system is also amazing and should be standard by all model stores. The kinda downside is it can take a minute to get your order but all orders are $10 shipping no matter how big or small. I think im on their site at least once or twice a day. lol www.gravity-colors.com : The best car model paint that ships to the USA. Everyone knows the top dog is Zero but if you live in the USA good luck getting any stock. The few that do carry it sell it so fast if your not on the moment it comes in its gone. Thank goodness for Gravity. They have an amazing selection and now the are doing interiors too. Those that know of Gravity in the USA this is Gravity in Spain. Much better than the USA one. Shipping is expensive but its the right color every time ive used them and their 3 part clear is just as good as 4k. www.mmodelstore.com : This is a small shop in Oak Lawn, IL they carry the hard to get stuff for armor that only folks over seas get. Decent prices and quick shipping. www.www.spotmodel.com : If your into cars and bikes this place has just about everything. Only thing we in the USA can't get is the paint. Another car shop but this one is located in Canada. I can get products from him in 4 to 5 days. If you are into Model Factory Hiro this is your guy. Best prices but note he doesn't have any on-hand. When you buy one from him he places the orders in the first week of the month and you can expect your order 2-3 weeks after that. They also carry a lot of detail accessories like banjo fittings, tubing, wires..etc I have many more but those are my top guys right now. I have spent hundreds of hours searching online for products so if you want something and are having a hard time finding it let me know I can help you find it.

Some good ones. Wasn't sure if Gravity was still in business, but their paint is awesome.

I thought the same but apparently there where 2 company's one in the USA and one in Spain. The one in the USA was run so poorly the main company in Spain shut them down. Since the closure they have put a great deal into scaling up the product line. Seems like every month they have something new. Like they now replicate interior finishes like carpet, leather and Alcantera. I haven't tried those yet but have some for the big scale Porsche builds next month.

Just a note. Squadron's site is back up and running. Under new management. Site looks pretty good. I've had good luck with them in the past. We'll see if it continues.

Yeah, I got the announcement about Squadron too in my inbox. After checking it out, I suggested adding a filter to search by scale at least. He agreed, and has plans to do that and more.

I thought it might be a good thing when we buy something online from different retailers to post our experiences, helping others avoid bad retailers and also highlight the good ones. A few that I find myself using, esp here in Canada Ultracast from Guelph, Ontario, They have their own line of resin accessories, but also stock a very good selection of more niche aftermarket parts for armor and planes. Dealt with them many times, quick to fulfill orders, seems like they are able to keep most things on their website in stock, easy to use website. Love buying stuff from them. www.ultracast.ca/default.aspThe Barrel Store, another company out of Ontario. They just have AM parts for armor. I've ordered things from them over the past 20 years. Lots of stuff on their website seems unstocked and their website and search function is kind of clunky to use. Have run into errors where they don't have what they show in stock and they just fulfilled the order with what they had aand not notifying me or asking if I wanted to wait for the other stuff to come or if it would be restocked. I use them, but more a last resort when I'm having trouble finding something. thebarrelstore.com/Great Hobbies, warehouses across Canada. I use them for kits and dio/weathering type supplies from time to time. Nice to use website, easy to deal with. www.greathobbies.com/index.phpHannants in the UK. Lots of lines stocked there that are hard to find here in NA, especially decals. Decent website to browse through. Always love looking through their damaged items section to see if there is anything I am interested in to add on for a discount. www.hannants.co.uk/Dio Dump from Netherlands. A niche dio supplier. Has some interesting products and great interacting with him. The unfortunate part is you have to interact with him because you order through e-mail and then he sends you a paypal invoice. Not the most streamlined of ways to do things, but it works. It's not like I'm in a hurry when I'm ordering from Netherlands to begin with... His shipping was super reasonable coming from across the pond. www.diodump.com/Plastmodel in Poland. A retailer I just found overseas that I am awaiting my first order from, will update after it arrives. Lots of niche aftermarket and suppliers that I could not find in stock anywhere else. Shipping charges extremely reasonable, will see how it comes. Website decent to use, has to be translated to English, but it works. www.plastmodel.com/
