I could have used good old oil paint to get the exact same results however sometimes I'm lazy and the it's easy to pick up a ready to use product. I didn't know the details of the story between AK and Ammo but OK I'll buy the Ammo stuff next time brothas.

Yeah, Mig does have a good product line. It is a bit pricey for me but then again; EVERYTHING is!! One thing I have discovered and had confirmed by at least three other Braille Scale armor builders is that his products don't work on 1/72 scale armor. It is amazing on 1/35th scale models but looks garish on small scale stuff, even when well thinned. After all, that makes sense when you consider that he only builds 1/35th scale models. I like watching people's techniques with the stuff, I learn something each time.
Now back to this abandoned tank....

Thank you for the info guys. Meanwhile I've been working on the roof and three bird houses were added to decorate the house with. Tomorrow the window frames will be finished.

Thanks guys! I created two cob webs from cotton swabs... with a lot of patience to make them look good enough. One is hanging in a window corner, the other one was made in the broken window with the white bottle.

Just keeps getting better and better. Your ingenuity with materials most of us (myself included!) don't tend to think of is truly thought-provoking and inspirational. Cobwebs from cotton swabs... I suppose I ought to inform you right now that you have me thinking about something that borders on the insane. My Madill yarder will be worn but functional. But the machine I measured up in detail was not quite derelict; though a runner it hadn't been used in a couple of years at least. And there were cobwebs everywhere. Stop me before I start cutting plastic on another one before the first one is completed.

Thank you so much guys, I'm always glad I can help or inspire. With my dad's passing I lost my mojo but today I'll see what I can do about it.

So sorry to hear that...I understand completely; my father, who had a major and debilitating stroke two years ago, is hospitalized as we speak...had a seizure in the wee hours of Thursday morning less than sixteen hours after his second Covid shot. He's Covid positive and the prognosis is guarded, but for the first three days it looked like we would lose him. These situations, as Mark says, are ones we know are coming but still aren't prepared for. Focus on family for now; the rest of us will be here when it's time for you to be back.
All the best, Greg
