Thanks Robert. The tape seams to have buggered up the surface. If it it doesn't clear out, the whole thing is going into the trash can. Live and learn.

No, but it's lifting the Drab. Should have probably clear seal coated it. Wasn't confident 8 years ago, but at least I'm trying. RED ON!!

It was too thick and I tried sanding it down, after painting. Should have test fit it earlier, but not with the body all the way on. It's a very tight fit.

Yes and Dupi-Color Chrome is not a good base color either. It doesn't play well with tape and accepting more layers.

I have not found a silver paint yet that takes masking well without sealing it first as they stay soft way longer then other colors.
