Will you have to relieve the fenders to fit the big knobbies, or will a suspension lift handle any clearance issues? Two other observations: One, that engine doesn't look big enough. Two, why bother with full length exhaust and mufflers on a machine like this? Rummage through the spares box and find some zoomies like our good friend Max Rockatansky uses...

Think I'm going to cut the fender wells and maybe make some wider flares. The Cobra comes with Headers and as I recall, Zombies are attracted to loud noises. Good ideas though. I have plenty for this build.

Oh, well, that's different...if zombies are attracted to loud noises, then you need to add turbos as well since those tend to muffle the exhaust....

I'm getting too lazy to make Turbos and sure don't want to buy any. The armament is the central interest point on this one.

Turbos like this one? Made from 1/72 airplane wheels and such. This is a Poyaud 520 diesel for a full-interior Lebanese Phalangist Sherman Firefly I did about ten years ago. Or this one: Detroit Diesel 8V-71T (and radiator) for the Madill 071 yarder project. Love that zombie figure!!

I think he is trying to bait you into scratch building like he does Bruce... beware it could be a Zombie trick!

He just wants me to make this build last for a couple more years. The early Hot Rod cars, which ran at Bonneville in the early 50s, were made by WWII Tank Mechanics, which had Blowers and Turbos to handle the extra Torx needed to pull and push these beasts around.

Hogged out the four wheel wells to accommodate the big meats, using my handy dandy cordless drill, fitted with a drum sander with 120 grit pad.

Yes, they make a deep, uniform, impression in the fenders.
