My problem is I don't wanna see it anymore either!!! Well if that's the case Joe might I suggest you move further south. I will say tho Joe,, during the summer and spring that is some beautiful country up your way. Was in Seattle back in April of 2000, and the Mountains around Seattle were simply amazing!!!

Funny,, I was just thinking about it and realized that was 20 years ago that I was there. I was 34 years old. Where the heck does the time go.

My son lived in Phoenix for 3 years, I can't stand it... I spent most of my growing up years in Southern California and wouldn't go back for anything with their politics now and pricing everyone off the face of the earth... I was thinking maybe Florida but now sure about hurricanes...

Having lived in Florida for a number of years; I can say that hurricanes are doable. Just be prepared; you have plenty of warning when one is coming and they can be dealt with easily. I think they are a minor issue compared to the life you can have there. Anywhere you go there will be something: snow, tornadoes, hurricanes, earthquakes wildfires....there will always be something. Having lived through both; I'll take a hurricane over an earthquake any day of the week and twice on Sundays.
