This was molded in yellow plastic. Interior paint didn't look good up close. The stripe wasn't stuck good in a couple places. I thought it might be time for a refresher.

I got these in for this rebuild: There are white stripes and decals on this sheet that didn't show up in the pic.

I got back on this one, recently. I had already started the tear down: Here is that not-so-good paint on the innerds: The HEMI, as built long ago: So far, so good on the tear down: I had "white lettered" these tires when I first built this one. They still look good enuff, to me! The wheels will get some detail paint tossed on them. The windows, bumpers, and taillights came out really clean: Interior came apart well, too: So, after a loooooong hiatus, I finally dunked these parts into the purple stuff: Two days later, they still had some paint to be removed: This project is up to date, now. I do have the parts depainted, and cleaned with soap and water. Next up, will be prepping the body and other parts for PRIMER!!

I read somewhere (or maybe I dreamed it) that flat black would help keep yellow plastic from doing a "bleedthru" when the color coat is applied. Anyway......... I hit these with Model Master Flat Black Enamel.
