Stripings were done, and the deck was woodified using oil washes, used as pinwash and filter.

Hey duke, you're just as competent as I am my friend. What needed to be fixed was the contrast in the grey shades. There weren't enough middle grey shades so as a result it looked too...overdone ? I connected these with one or two medium greys and now the shippy looks a lot better imo. I handpainted certain parts and I then sprayed on a semi transparent mist to finish with. The ship itself isn't done but I kicked off making the "seascape" using an Ikea wooden frame as a base, filled with isolation panel. It was coveted with thick paper sheet. Now I can move on to the wetness.

Thank you Jeff and Keith ! Fiddled on a bit, made a flag (looks very Norwegian lol)and filled gaps between the sea and the hull. More watery adventures soon. Hit 1001 jeeeeej !
